New success for Jagdfeld Real Estate: The retail experts from Düren have taken over the Berlin shopping centre “Forum Steglitz” as of 1 January. On behalf of an institutional fund, Real I.S. has entrusted Jagdfeld Real Estate with the centre, property and letting management as well as technical property management and building services for the property.

Following the successful transformation into an award-winning individual hotel, asset manager “Jagdfeld Real Estate” is now taking the next step with its “Strandhotel Zingst” property and investing EUR 6.75 million in the revitalisation of the building.

Asset manager “Jagdfeld Real Estate” has now also successfully completed the comprehensive refurbishment of the public areas in its “Parkhotel Quellenhof” property in Aachen, which now also presents itself to all restaurant and day guests in a completely new look. The investment volume amounts to around € 630,000.
